The main development processes are:
  • On-boarding, a programme of activities for new hires as they are integrated into the company (young people, those on professional career tracks and managers).
  • Performance Management, which offers all TIM's people the tools to monitor their work performance regularly, identify their strengths and areas of improvement, and establish a plan of action.
  • Potential Assessment, which enables employees to gain awareness of their potential abilities, aptitudes and motivation that they can leverage to build a course of professional growth.
