TIM and B&O PLAY, the successful and upbeat extension of emblematic Danish high-end audio brand Bang & Olufsen, have signed an exclusive agreement to market B&O PLAY’s products on the Italian market. The partnership allows customers to purchase B&O PLAY’s most popular headphones and speakers in TIM stores for listening to music wirelessly on the move and at home in either a Bluetooth or Multiroom setup.
The agreement underlines the importance of developing industrial synergies between the best technological solutions in the audiovisual products and telecommunication sectors in order to offer solutions that meet the needs of an increasingly demanding audience.
Thanks to this partnership TIM intends to continue promoting the dissemination of excellent products enabling entertainment and super-fast broadband Internet connectivity - thanks to its fixed and mobile infrastructure - supporting the "quadruple play" solutions promoted by the company, including through exclusive partnerships, such as this one with Bang & Olufsen, a world-renowned iconic Danish brand whose products combine sound excellence with a unique design.
In particular, by end of March this year, the most prestigious TIM sales outlets, starting with the company’s owned 22 stores, will be offering many new generation B&O PLAY products. This will include:
- The lightweight Beoplay H3 earphones (RCP: 149 Euros) and the wireless Beoplay H5 (RCP: 249 Euros) for music lovers who live to move.
- The sleek and ultra-light Form 2i headphones (RCP: 129 Euros) and the latest addition to the wireless headphone range, Beoplay H4 (RCP: 299 Euros).
- The award-winning portable Bluetooth speaker Beoplay A1 (RCP: 249 Euros).
- The latest member of B&O PLAY’s multiroom speakers Beoplay M5 (RCP: 599 Euros) with “True360” omnidirectional sound, finished in brushed aluminum with touch control and covered in an exclusive wool-blend fabric from high-end textile manufacturer Kvadrat. Beoplay M5 is offered to all TIM customers for 9.99 Euros, 48 installments added to phone bills, confirming the company’s focus on the customer in its corporate strategies.
