After having pioneered the innovative use of social media, with a Twitter Team dedicated to advanced customer care and Twitter Time with CEO Marco Patuano, Telecom Italia announces its presence on Pinterest, the social network revelation of the last few months, and in record time has already registered 10 million users.
Pinterest is a full-fledged digital bulletin board where users can upload photographs, videos and notes. The new social network aims to increase global connection between people who want to share everything and anything they consider interesting.
The company has created four dedicated accounts on Pinterest: the Telecom Italia one, on the theme “I love the Internet”; Cubovision, dedicated to movies and the world of entertainment; Cubomusica, for music and musicians and, last but not least, the TIM account, dedicated to mobile telephony and mobile Internet.
On Pinterest Telecom Italia will start initiatives and competitions in collaboration with its users and with the main points of reference in the world of fashion and that of photo blogging.
With this initiative Telecom Italia once more reaffirms its belief in the value of the Internet as a creative and collaborative platform and in the worth of constant open and transparent communication with the market.
