Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 - Information memorandum
The Plan, approved by Shareholder's Meeting on April 24 2018, is divided into two tranches destined for the Chief Executive Officer of TIM S.p.A. and to members of the senior management of the Group to be selected by the Board of Directors at the proposal of the Executive Chair and the Chief Executive Officer, respectively.
Information document Special Award
The Plan was approved by Shareholder's Meeting on May 25, 2016. The Special Award provides an extraordinary bonus for over-performance against the 2016/2018 Industrial Plan and applies to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the management that the latter will identify.
Stock Option Plan 2014-2016
The Plan was approved by Shareholder's Meeting on April 16 2014. The Plan provides for the allocation of a maximum of 196 million options and is intended for three categories of beneficiaries: CEO, Top Management and Selected Executives.
