Our stakeholders

In Telecom Italia we think that being sustainable means taking into account the expectations of all those people and parties we are involved with, our "stakeholders", whose opinions and requests we carefully listen to.

We group our stakeholders into eight categories: customers, suppliers, competitors, institutions, environment, community (external stakeholders), human resources and shareholders (internal stakeholders).

The stakeholder identification process is based on the following phases:

  1. analysis of business processes
  2. for each process, all the interested parties are identified (people/associations/organizations involved in the process)
  3. grouping the parties in homogenous categories
  4. identification of priority groups (that is their own stakeholders)  among all parties included in each stakeholder. The web pages devoted to each stakeholder list their main stakeholders with whom Telecom Italia interacts (see also the links on the right).

Forum Multistakeholder 2015

A platform for exchange and for lending a voice to all participants, by gathering contributions and innovative proposals, while also beginning to plan solutions for the near future.
Among the Forum’s primary objectives was, without any doubt, TIM’s intent to be better attuned to its stakeholders’ needs and requirements.
Network coverage was confirmed as the most relevant theme for the stakeholders.
