The “Navigare Sicuri” tour starts again

Today the “Navigare Sicuri” bus will arrive in Palermo. It is part of the Telecom Italia initiative that seeks to raise awareness amongst children, students, teachers and parents towards a careful and mindful use of the internet.
In the bus, parents, students and teachers will be able to explore and come to terms with the world of Internet in a fun and innovative way. They will be assisted by a team of experts and will be able to count on technological equipment such as : 5 multimedia stations and an Olivetti interactive whiteboard.
The “Navigare Sicuri” (www.navigaresicuri.org) bus covered 12,000 km during the 2010-2011 edition of the tour and was a big success throughout Italy. Over a 100,000 people took part in the initiative both in schools and in the squares of 20 different cities located in 10 Italian regions.

After Palermo the “Navigare Sicuri” bus will stop in Catania, Reggio Calabria and many other Italian cities.
