All European best practices. TIM is taking part with 6 projects

On 16 and 17 November, the second edition of the Enterprise 2020 Summit entitled “The future of Europe - MAKING EUROPE A BETTER PLACE TO WORK” is being held in Brussels. It is an important step towards achieving smart, sustainable and inclusive growth in Europe.

The Milan Manifesto Enterprise 2020, launched at EXPO 2015 on 19 June, will be presented to the European Commission during the International Conference LAST CALL TO EUROPE 2020.  The manifesto was signed by Sodalitas and 42 partner Organisations of CSR Europe engaged in implementing the European Sustainability Agenda in 28 EU Countries: the aim is to make it become an operational tool for interaction between the 10,000 most progressive businesses involved and European institutions.

What kind of Europe can we expect in 2020?

A collection of the most successful case studies

TIM has always strived towards innovation and technology for a digital world with better living standards for individuals and businesses. Such commitment can be seen in its strategy based on creating shared value, for society and businesses.

The Summit will also be an opportunity to introduce the Business Impact Maps, an interactive map of European best practices in the area of sustainable growth. Compiled by CSR Europe, the map shows the commitment of businesses throughout Europe in two main areas in order to achieve the best living and working environments:

  • Sustainable living in cities: to promote partnerships between businesses and cities for sustainable development and social inclusion.
  • Skills for Jobs: to encourage access to the labour market and employability throughout working life

TIM is on the map with  6 excellent projects:

  • Almanac
  • Expo 2015 Smart City Command & Control Center
  • Network Scuola Impresa
  • Programma il futuro
  • Joint Open Labs
  • TIM #WCAP
