Institutional Investors by organising dedicated/targeted events (quarterly conference call, annual meeting with the financial community, road shows) and by daily contacts with financial analysts and investors, both directly and by telephone.
Retail Investors with a new dedicated communication channel that gives a positive answer to the requests for information and involvement coming from the retail shareholders. This channel is mainly structured through the Telecom Italia Shareholders' Club and provides various tools of communication.
