1. What types of Telecom Italia shares does exist and what are the rights related to the holding?

The Share Capital of Telecom Italia is currently divided into two different types of shares: ordinary and savings. Holders of ordinary shares have the right to attend, intervene and vote during ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders’ Meetings. They also have the right to obtain a part of the net income allocated by the company, subsequent to its distribution to Savings Shareholders.
Holders of savings shares do not have the right to vote either in ordinary and in extraordinary Shareholders’ Meetings, but they benefit from the distribution of the net income for the year in the proportion of 5% of a fixed value of the share (0.55 euro) and, in any case, they have the right to receive a greater dividend than holders of ordinary shares in the proportion of 2% of the fixed value of the share.

Telecom Italia ordinary and savings shares are floated in Milan Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange (through ADR).
Market Capitalization of Telecom Italia is 10,32 billion euro for Ordinary Shares and 3,6 billion euro for Saving Shares (on the daily prices at June 11, 2018).

The company is included within in the FTSE Mib Index, with a % weight equal to 2,31 (Source: FTSE Mib Monthly Review as at May 2018).

At December 31, 2017 TIM was included for the fourteenth year running in both the sustainability index categories of the Dow Jones (Dow Jones Sustainability Index World and Europe).

In 2017, TIM the only Italian Telco enters for the first time in the top 100 Thompson Reuters Diversity Index.

TIM has been included in the Financial Times Stock Exchange for Good (FTSE4Good) Global and Europe series since its inception. TIM is also included in the following indexes: Euronext Vigeo Eiris:World 120, Europe 120 and Eurozone 120, STOXX®,  Ethibel Sustainability Indexes (ESI): - Excellence Europe and Global, ECPI Indexes: - ECPI Euro Ethical  - ECPI EMU Ethical - ECPI Global Developed ESG Best in Class Equity . TIM  is classified as “prime” in the OEKOM rating and “industry leader” by the Sustainalytics report.

In 2017 TIM Achieved a B band in the CDP’s climate change program demonstrating a high level of disclosure, strong awareness and efficient and well organized management of climate change related issues.

On February 2018 TIM has been selected by Forum ETHIBEL for inclusion in the Ethibel PIONEER and Ethibel EXCELLENCE Investment Registers and was given the Silver Class Sustainability Award by RobecoSAM for having obtained a high score in the Annual Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).

Tim Participações, the listed holding company of the TIM Brasil Group, has had its position confirmed in the ISE (Índice de Sustentabilidade Empresarial) index
