The event, which took place in Turin last September 21st, was the opportunity to take bearing of the testing activity and of the services of the Certified Telecom Italia Testing Laboratory
Laboratori A Prova di Futuro
Since the begining of the ‘90s LAP (Laboratorio Accreditato di Prova) functions in Turin at Tilab, Telecom Italia’s Research and Innovation Centre, and carries out testing activities on services and ICT systems.
Thanks to an advanced laboratory infrastructure, LAP provides service to Telecom Italia own-structures, as well as to external ICT State entities or private Companies. It offers testing and other varied services ranging from hardware to functional, from fixed terminals to mobile, from optical system to switchboards, from computer security to interchange operation with the Telecom Italia Network totally simulated in our lab.
The Event’s goal was to present the current and future activities of LAP, Accredita’s new role – sole national certification State entity – and to offer a hands-on experience to the testing carried out the Telecom Italia laboratories.
