The procedure is based on the specific obligation to keep a register indicating the data of those who had access to the market sensitive information and involves striking a balance between prompt disclosure to the market of information that may have an impact on the share price and concern for efficient internal information processes and the protection of sensitive data.
The procedure for the handling confidential information is thus coordinated with internal regulations generally applicable to the classification and management of confidential information.
