At Telecom Italia we publish a report annually on our corporate governance system and compliance with the principles of the Self-Regulatory Code for listed companies promoted by Borsa Italiana.
The report aims to provide an overview of the corporate governance system adopted by Telecom Italia, fulfilling the legal and regulatory obligations in this area in line with the format established for that purpose by Borsa Italia and Consob.
The information, referring to the financial year 2011, has been updated to 29 March 2012, the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors, which approved it.
