The Lead Independent Director may use Company facilities to perform the assigned tasks, and may summon meetings of independent directors to discuss topics regarding the functioning of the Board of Directors or the management of the Company, and to identify subjects to be discussed at Board meetings.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Lead Independent Director collaborate to ensure the best possible operation of the Board.
