Telecom Italia awarded by Top Employers Italia 2010
For the second year in a row Telecom Italia is one of Italy’s 25 top companies certified as excellent in the management of Human Resources. Our company received the certification from the CRF Institute, an international organization that analyses companies through the strict standards contemplated by the Top Employers HR Best Practices Survey. Telecom Italia is the finalist for the 2009 Annual Report Oscar
Telecom Italia is one of three finalists in the ‘Companies and Large Enterprises quoted on the Stock Exchange’ category for the 2009 Annual Report Oscar, the prestigious prize promoted by FERPI, the Italian Public Relations Federation. The prize has been conferred to companies and organisations with the best yearly economic, social and environmental reports, ensuring continuous, efficient and innovative communication with all relevant public bodies (November 2009).

‘avoicomunicare’ wins the Aretè Prize
The blog, promoted by Telecom Italia, has won the ‘Internet category’ of the Aretè Prize. It was considered that “Telecom Italia carried out an interesting experiment consisting of the activation of a blog concerning the environment, relationships among different cultures, integration and promoting peace processes”. The prize aims to draw the attention of the general public and, in particular, of the business community to effective communication projects belonging to corporate responsibility. (October 2009).

Telecom Italia, the best Italian corporation for data on climate change and maximum rating on sustainability reporting
According to the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), Telecom Italia is the best Italian corporation, among those on the Financial Times Stock Exchange “Global 500”, in providing data on climate change for its 2008 sustainability statement.
The “Global Reporting Initiative” (GRI) has also awarded the evaluation “A+” to the Group’s sustainability accounts, confirming the highest levels of compliance with the reporting principles and the indicators given by the GRI.

Telecom Italia gets the European Supply Chain Distinction Award
Telecom Italia, in partnership with Ceva Logistics, its main supplier of logistical services, received the European Supply Chain Distinction Award in the category "Most Effective Collaboration" with reference to the new process of home deliver for self-installing Alice products, introduced in April 2007.
The prize, assigned by a jury of logistic experts from all over the world, is awarded every year to the most innovative and effective products in Europe in the field of supply chain.

The “Human” ad gets sixth place in the Grand Prix
The institutional “Human” ad got sixth place in the Grand Prix award in the category “All consumer goods and services”. The ad had initially been put on a short list of 24 campaigns.

TIM is one of the top 100 brands in the world
TIM is one of only two Italian brands placed among the hundred most valuable brands in the world.
This has emerged from the survey “BRANDZ Top 100 Powerful Brands”, conducted by Millward Brown Optimor, the WPP group company specialised in finance, and by Roi which every year, in collaboration with the Financial Times, measures the economic value of major international brands.

 Telecom Italia gets the European HP award for excellence in technological innovation Telecom Italia received the "Business Technology Optimization Award 2007 - Excellence in Innovation", promoted by HP on the European level for companies with distinctive performance in the field of technological innovation. Telecom Italia was a winner for its integrated approach to information technology and its capacity to make innovation more complete, using governance tools, processes and resources that can improve operational efficiency and bring more “value” to businesses.
