The pre-selection

First of all, fill-in our online form, including all the skills and experience that make you stand out from the crowd. If you’re the person we’re looking for, you will be contacted by phone by one of our recruitment staff to evaluate your motivation and desire to become a part of our Group.

If you are interested and motivated, you can start the recruitment procedure, which is designed like this:

First of all, you will receive an e-mail from us where we will explain the various activities you will participate in and the link with the login credentials for the English test. Good knowledge of the language is essential for us!

Once you have passed the language test, you will move directly to the aptitude phase. Here we will also give you some online tests:

  • Reasoning: Verbal and Numerical
  • IT (Office package)
  • Personality and Motivation.

If you pass the aptitude phase, you will move on to the final recruitment step, where you will have a "face to face" meeting with our recruiters.

You will meet our recruiters together with a representative from the department involved, who will ask you questions to test your technical and business knowledge.

If  you are the right fit for us, then congratulations! You will be contacted and will receive our offer to become a part of the Group.

If you have not succeeded in the recruitment process, we will send a feedback email, informing you of the negative outcome of the tests.
