The Management Education Plan, which focuses on the cultural change necessary to achieve the objectives established in the Plan, aims to consolidate the capacity to address the business and market changes promptly, supporting collaborators’ motivation and development.
The course, developed in blended mode, proposes targeted and differentiated programmes based on the complexity of the roles handled by our managers.
The proposals include:
  • Participation in Webinar sessions conducted by teachers and experts of national and international fame who describe business scenarios and trends and their impact on organizations.
  • Coaching courses to support the empowerment of individuals and collaborators.
  • Shadowing "in the field" to support the company strategy.
  • Small training packages and video talks dedicated to innovation and design thinking.
  • Experiential laboratories to internalize the capacity to manage change and uncertainty in the business context.
  • Access to a free online library which includes videos and webinars and allows the user to consult documents on finance, technology and leadership.
