Induction training from my own experience

Induction programmes aim to accompany new hires through their integration phases and acquaint them with the Company.

Our Induction Training plan is particularly rich and detailed; to date it has involved 370 young graduates hired by the company in 2013. New hires are supported in the growth of their managerial skills through a two-year training programme.

These training programmes focus on acquiring technical and behavioural skills while respecting the right balance between classroom work, innovative learning programmes and the development of professional "on the job" experience, in order to acquire the specific competences of their role, indispensable for growth within their functional area.

After the two-year training programme, for the development of roles with greater professional complexity, there is a training path customised to fulfil specialised professional requirements.
