The tradition of listening to employees continues in 2012 with the eighth edition of the Corporate Climate Survey
Telecom Italia has decided to confirm the model previously adopted in 2010 to record and interpret the voice of staff members.
The model, designed with SDA Bocconi, is focused on the relational system underlying the corporate organisation, and highlights the relationship between employees and the company, the profession and the work team.
This year, the language and structure used in the questionnaire have been updated to increasingly enhance reflection and participation.
As stated in the model, after the completion of the quantity evaluation, a quality assessment will be made through interviews and focus groups to correctly interpret the evaluations emerging from the results, and to undertake prompt, concrete actions for improvement.
