Not everyone gets chance to watch a full rehearsal of a classical music concert, especially if you are not part of the backstage crew.
Sometimes, experiencing the emotion and atmosphere backstage, listening to the musicians talk among themselves and seeing them on stage in jeans and t-shirts, and being present at a high-level musical performance live and without filters, can be more interesting than seeing the real concert.

On Saturday 29 November, thanks to its partnership with the National Academy of St. Cecilia, Telecom Italia is offering its 2,700 employees, along with their family and friends, the opportunity to watch an open rehearsal of one of this season's symphonic music concerts at the "Parco della Musica" Auditorium in Rome.

This first-time initiative for both Telecom Italia and the National Academy of St. Cecilia is part of a series of projects that the Group has created for its employees to promote culture outside of the workplace.

Other such events included the "invasions" of the MAXXI (National Museum of 21st Century Art), the Galleria Borghese in Rome and the Villa Necchi Campiglio in Milan. A more recent event was the Tenth Day of Contemporary Art in collaboration with AMACI (Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums), which offered exclusive guided visits at ten of the most important contemporary art museums to over 600 employees from across Italy.
