More than 350 young people involved through various universities

Telecom Italia today signed an agreement with the Trade Unions for the training and employment, through several channels, of over 350 young undergraduates and graduates. The scheme is designed to develop new managerial capabilities and fill the generational skills gap in order to prepare the company to face the new challenges of a rapidly changing competitive landscape.

“This agreement represents a further effort by Telecom Italia to find and recruit the young talent we require to drive the company forward in the future," stated COO Marco Patuano."The engagement of highly qualified young people confirms Telecom Italia's commitment to creating jobs and rewarding merit. The move forms part of a constructive partnership with academia and the Trade Unions aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing skills within the company.”
