Telecom Italia awarded for the online communication of the employer branding

Second place in Europe and in Italy in the Lundquist Employer Branding Online Awards 2012, published today in collaboration with Corriere della Sera

With 72 points out of 100, Telecom Italia has been recognized as the second best company in Europe and in Italya for its communication towards job seekers through web and social media.
Telecom Italia is also the only TLC company and the only Italian company in the top ten of the European ranking (the second Italian one is ENI, at the 19th place).

The survey assessed how the top 100 European and Italian "employers" use their digital properties – corporate website, careers site and social media – to attract and retain the best employees.
To compile the employer branding ranking, Lundquist analysts used a new 57-criterion protocol to score each company’s digital ecosystem, developed using the input of an international survey on online job seeking that received 420 answers from people in 57 countries.
