Internship at Telecom Italia

In Telecom Italia Group, internships are mainly aimed at:

• young high school graduates
• young university graduates after a 5-year course (or 3-year if attending post-university schools or courses)
• students attending courses for specialization, Masters, research doctorates
• university students with no more than two exams for acquiring their educational qualification.

On the basis of the needs of the technical Line or in relation to agreement with public bodies, organizations for Masters courses and Universities, Telecom Italia mainly draws its CVs from the database on the Telecom Italia website, from the lists of schools, universities, organizations for Masters courses and specialization schools, job meetings e career days: the identification of the most suitable course is defined from time to time according to the profile sought.

After the pre-screening of the CV, the candidates identified in this way are contacted by phone or e-mail and called to one of the company sites for the actual selection procedure. When the candidate passes the procedure, a training project is started with universities or the corresponding on the job training office. From the economic point of view, people with Telecom Italia on internships have their expenses reimbursed, except in the case of internships started with the aim of obtaining training credits or practical obligatory on the job training which could form apprenticeship for other professional qualification.
