Objective: collaboration between Telecom Italia’s employees and teachers of Technical Institutes all over Italy is to  realize a didactic course to draw together school and enterprise.

Program: 12 hours of class formative Didactics, practical applications and possible visits to our company’s plants.

Already at its third edition, the initiative involves a total of 22 schools all over the National territory (7 in the North, 15 in the Center-South). The teachers of the chosen schools work together with our “Trade Masters”, 22 colleagues working at Telecom Italia’s Technology Function, highly qualified in technical competence and having the ability to transmit their know-how with enthusiasm.

The training courses, which content has been projected by the Trade Masters and the Teachers, involve the 4^th year and 5^th year  best students. They include guided tours to our telephone Exchanges in order to give students the opportunity to “touch with hand” how a service is created, e.g. Alice IPTV.

At the end of the academic year, the best 44 students (two per institute) will participate in the Summer Camp, a residential training course projected by Consel - ELIS Consortium and partner companies -, or in a company stage. Thus they will have the opportunity to share in diversified experiences and knowledge by working together in the realization of a  “project work”.
