TIM aims to be an inclusive company capable of taking care of its people.

This commitment takes the form of numerous initiatives that improve the quality of work and the global quality of life, and above all put everyone in the position of giving the best of themselves. In particular, for TIM, sensitivity to equality and inclusion issues represents, at a time of great efficiency and productivity challenges, a success and talent development factor and the basis for economic and social sustainability.

To promote physical and mental well-being there is a counselling service, People Caring Centre (PCC), managed by professional psychologists throughout the country which, from the outset, ran 378 individual counselling courses. All the services TIM offers for the health, prevention and physical well-being of people, in collaboration with Fondazione TIM and Fondazione Veronesi, can be found on the “wellness area” of the Intranet.
