We want to be an inclusive company capable of taking care of our people and encouraging dialogue with everyone. We believe in everyone's sense of responsibility and the contribution of each individual in order to reach our goals.
3 areas of activities: work-life balance, volunteering, promotion of inclusion and diversity, each with many projects and initiatives.
Our goal is to improve the quality of work and the global quality of life, and above all, put everyone in the position of giving the best of themselves.
For us sensitivity to equality and inclusion issues represents, in a time of great efficiency and productivity challenges, a success and talent development factor and the basis for economic and social sustainability.

1,862  colleagues have renewed their commitment to help volunteering associations in favour of children
61 blood donation days  
20 daycare centres and 1 nursery school  
378 counseling services (since 2010) managed by professional psychologists, including 49 in 2016
around 200 people active in promoting a culture of diversity in TIM
over 1,000 colleagues taking part in the “Race for the Cure”  to help breast cancer research
