The project for the over 350 young people
Over 350 young people, about to graduate or who have just graduated, are involved in the training and employment project launched by Telecom Italia.
The project consists of three different programmes:
- Research Doctorates - View all the updates!
The aim is to acquire highly skilled people interested in pursuing high level university research on specific projects of interest to the company.
- Postgraduate Master's Degree - View all the updates!
In ICT, Innovation and Marketing, they are aimed at talented graduates to be trained by the universities on specific subjects/skills.
- Education Apprenticeships - View all the updates!
They are aimed at undergraduates in engineering or economics. A further initiative involves 200 young undergraduates engaged in the Technology/Open Access area on specific network engineering and management tasks related to the development of new ultrabroadband technologies (NGN and LTE).
These projects are aimed at training young people who are about to graduate or newly graduates to become managers attentive to people, processes, social contexts, as well as the obvious customers’ requirements.
