Selection process

Maria Antonietta Russo, Head of Development and Recruiting - Human Resources, Telecom Italia, tells about the selection process in our Group

After filling in the personal information form and the information note on privacy, the selection procedure starts.
It involves three phases:

1. an initial set of tests

2. an aptitude phase, in which the selector determines your current and potential capabilities and capacities

3. a technical phase to identify specific knowledge and information about Telecom Italia’s business

The composition of the tests and the pattern of capacities are adapted from time to time according to the target required.

Important behaviour

Types of behaviour considered important for Telecom Italia are entrepreneurship, understood as the capacity to have courage in decisions, the acceptance of risk and proactivity, together with the capacity to adapt and become integrated in a “multicultural” context, and the capacity to create and transfer “know how” and “know why”.
