The origin of Telecom Italia Group development activity lies within the company’s business strategy and is focused on the individualization/projection of the growth paths for human resources.

The main purpose is to warrant the company a wide and varied knowledge of the human resources available through the matching and the synergic use of the information on professional know-how, on the quantitative and qualitative capability to reach corporate business objectives, and through the personalization of potential capabilities and key competencies.

The use of appropriate tools for these activities (assessment center, performance evaluation, training, etc.) favours individual professional growth, mainly through self-awareness and performance improvement at both quantitative and qualitative levels.
