The new version of TIM's offer Nuvola It Comunicazione Integrata  kicks off

TIM and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (the brand which ALE operates with) have announced a new version of TIM's solution Nuvola It  Comunicazione Integrata , developed  in partnership by the two companies with the aim of promoting the adoption of services for smart working by businesses.

TIM's Nuvola It Comunicazione Integrata is the offer which addresses medium-sized and large Italian companies and combines voice services with innovative solutions for unified communication, provided in cloud logic and managed in TIM's data centres. The offer, which now also includes the Alcatel-Lucent Open Touch Enterprise Cloud suite, provides a real converging station that integrates phones, PCs and smartphones to offer  advanced collaboration features such as VoIP, chat, instant messaging, video communication and document sharing, enabling users to connect easily and share information from any location and through any device. It also allows the use of customised and professional features on the chosen device and shifting from one device to another adapting to the context of the conversation.

The new release of the offer enriches TIM's portfolio of solutions for smart working including fixed and mobile infrastructure (ADSL, fibre and LTE), widespread WiFi and NFC networks, cloud computing, ICT services and platforms for unified communication and collaboration, security, applications and mobile devices.  In addition to being an important enabler of smart working for companies, thanks to its assets and expertise, TIM has for some time embarked on a path to adopt the innovative model of work organisation based on the transformation and digital collaboration and the optimisation of space and time, through a project currently being tested.
