Expanded programming, including "Family Guy" and "Futurama", on TIM platform thanks to new agreement

Telecom Italia has signed an agreement with Twentieth Century Fox to offer major films and TV series on TIMvision. Major titles produced by Hollywood's biggest studios will be coming to TIM On Demand TV, expanding its existing digital library of more than 6,000 titles.

Italian spectators will be able to better enjoy the quality and variety of Twentieth Century Fox content thanks to TIM's IP platforms, which are expanding the provider's legal on demand services.

Coming to TIMvision are such popular Twentieth Century Fox animation series as “Family Guy” and “Futurama”, along with police dramas such as “Lie to Me “ and “The Glades”. Film titles include classic comedies like “Home Alone”, “Garfield” and “Dr. Dolittle”, as well as the “Transporter” action trilogy and superhero blockbusters such as “The Fantastic Four”.

"TIMvision has always tried to create subscription offers for the whole family - said Daniela Biscarini, Head of Multimedia Entertainment for Telecom Italia-. Thanks to our agreement with market leader Twentieth Century Fox, we can expand our film catalogue and provide our customers with an extensive and competitive video streaming service”.

TIMvision (timvision.it) service, thanks to its decoder, offers thousands of videos always available with an extensive list of titles including classic films, action films and premiers that have never been broadcast on free TV. Subscriptions start at 5 euros per month, while individual titles cost 1.99 euros to rent and 4.90 euros to buy.
