LA7 unveils a new look Monday night football line-up. Football talk show “Le partite non finiscono mai” (“The Game’s Not Over Yet”) kicks off at 11:15 p.m. on September 18, 2006, presented by experienced journalist Darwin Pastorin, head of sport at the network, and LA7 sports journalist Cristina Fantoni.

“Le partite non finiscono mai” is a match-length 90-minute show broadcast live from Rome, featuring illustrious guests, football experts, writers, artists, TV and movie stars. Football fans have a chance to express their enthusiasm and passion on the show, sharing their dreams, ambitions and disappointments.

“Le partite non finiscono mai” regular guests Carolina Morace and Zibì Boniek were an exciting and unpredictable duo on the World Cup show “Il gol sopra Berlino”. Xavier Jacobelli presenter “QN” is also on board.

Juventus goalkeeper and World Cup winner Gigi Buffon makes his debut as a sports analyst on “Le partite non finiscono mai”. Italy’s number one will participate through a live link-up every Monday to give his opinion on the week’s Serie A TIM matches, key players from the Sunday games and goings-on in the football world.

Each show includes video links and fixed slots: “MaramAldo” with “football’s premier critic” Aldo Agroppi, the paladin of alternative sports views, and “Fuori di testo” with Marco Bernardini, a top sportswriter on the “Tuttosport” paper, who will give his personal views on the weekend’s matches, homing in on spectacular plays, strokes of tactical genius and costly errors. The “Colpo di coda” slot is a weekly feature on an event, story or interview exclusive to LA7.

“Le partite non finiscono mai” sends Ramona Dell’Abbate and a camera crew out every week to a city square, sports club or newspaper office somewhere in Italy, to give fans and local journalists a chance to have their say.

Broadcast from a brand new set, the show kicks off with “La palla cantada”, an original theme tune written and performed specially for “Le partite non finiscono mai” by Toquinho, one of Brazil’s great popular musicians and multi-talented artists.

Broadcast live every Monday evening at 11:15 p.m. from September 18, “Le partite non finiscono mai” is a talk show produced by Emilio Piervincenzi that showcases the action, goals, highlights and controversies of the week’s football action in Italy, plus all-round sports news, features, historical flashbacks and exclusive interviews.
