Televoice new name for Giallo Voice

Televoice SpA (100% owned by Telecom Italia Media) is the new name for Giallo Voice SpA, one of Italy’s leading Contact Center and Telemarketing and Teleselling outsourcing service providers.

The new company name has been taken on in the wake of the partial and proportional split of Seat Pagine Gialle SpA. The remainder of the company hived off, which includes the Televoice going concern, took on the Telecom Italia Media name.

Televoice has a successful 20 year heritage through the two companies from which it was formed: Call Center Services, a specialist in call center services, and Teleprofessional, a leading telemarketing and teleselling company.

With 1,000 operators, 500 operator workstations and 10 million contacts managed annually, Televoice offers its customers a wide range of services, including lead generation, marketing database upgrades and management, events organization info lines, market research surveys, telesales, orders management, sales network support, customer service, help desk and debt collection.
