Telecom Italia Future Lab at Futuro Remoto 2010
Telecom Italia is the protagonist of Futuro Remoto 2010, the event being held at the City of Science in Naples on 12 - 28 November, with the Telecom Italia Future Lab, an interactive display for discovering how the home of the future will be.

Canale 150 (Channel 150)
Ten appointments taking place in various cities, starting from 17 March 2010 with the meeting in Turin, to portray Italy through the stories of the people who have built it, experienced it and lived there over the past 150 years: 150 of today’s Italians, representing all the fields of knowledge, culture and the professions tell the public about 150 Italians of yesterday, just with the help of what they can bring onto the stage.
Science Festival 2010 - Rome
An intensive programme of meetings, debates, scientific round tables, exhibitions and events for schools featured in the fifth Rome Science Festival (13 - 17 January), this year with the title “Between the Possible and the Imaginary. Technological Magic and Scientific Research".
Science Festival 2009 - Genoa
From Friday 23 October to Sunday 1 November Genoa was transformed into a display for science, thanks to dozens of events, conferences, exhibitions, laboratories: a unique occasion for encounters by researchers, amateurs, schools and families.

Capitale Digitale
A series of meetings and appointments in Rome on the subject of the new digital culture, with the participation of speakers from various sectors and backgrounds, to discuss the changes under way. It is also a concrete attempt to join together different environments and cultures working in Rome, already expressing the ecosystem of the future through their planning capacity.
Internet Saloon
In this project, Telecom Italia is a partner of the Milan Association for Metropolitan Interests, to favour the dissemination of the Internet and new technologies among adults aged over 50 years and thus counter the cultural digital divide..
Ithink
An online collaboration platform exploiting interaction mechanisms typical of social networks to facilitate collaboration between users and the sharing of ideas and projects. A space open to creatives, the self-employed, organisations, students and anyone wishing to launch and give visibility to ideas and projects.
Jpeggy
This is the project highlighting Italian photographic talent, and with the support of the AMACI (Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums) and a group of extraordinary curators, uses the Internet as an instrument for aggregation and monitoring.
Access to the Internet as a distribution and publication platform has, in fact, led to the emerging of talents that were not previously visible.
Navigare Sicuri
The project, in collaboration with the Movimento Bambino Foundation and Save the Children, started to help minors to have a confident, “mature” approach to surfing the web, and to enable adolescents and parents to receive concrete supports for the better use of the new technologies.

TrovaNOPROFIT
The non-profit community for the non-profit sector.
Divided into three sections – associations, projects, volunteers – it is specially designed so that every person active in non-profit organisations and volunteer associations can contribute personally and with synergy in the development and growth of the world of which they are part.
Tutti su Internet
The Digital Literacy Week, promoted by Telecom Italia and the Mondo Digitale Foundation, is held every year; this year, the fifth, involves not only Lazio but also Marche, Piedmont, Lombardy and Romania. In Roma, the project leader, the event was inaugurated by video conference with senior citizens and Romanian students.
Ustation
The 2.0 medium of the web radios and university TV stations, joining university web broadcasters to generate a new medium. The first Italian project dedicated to university multimedia production.
The definition of a television format, broadcast on La7, has made it an innovative instrument for user generated information available to the student population, revolutionising the generation of formats by introducing a reverse path: from the Internet to TV.
Venice Sessions
Entrepreneurs and writers, scientists and journalists explore the future and discuss the country’s needs. The telling of experiences and projects becomes the research method to join different cultures in a shared path.
The conferences are held at the Telecom Italian Future Centre in Venice, and are broadcast by live streaming and live blogging on the Internet; the publication of the text and video versions will follow on the website and blogs of the project, also disseminated on the major and most popular social networks.
Working Capital
The project supporting Italian innovation and the enterprise initiatives in web 2.0, providing funding, skills, technologies and services to support their undertaking, thus helping the growth of a new generation of Italian entrepreneurs.
The initiative takes place on the Internet but also with to a series of meetings (barcamps) with young aspiring entrepreneurs and quality guests, taking place throughout Italy.
