All of our company’s processes are carried out according to our commitment to sustainability. Certain issue, however, are of particular importance and are given special consideration in implementing our model of Corporate Responsibility. We call them the “hot topics” of our Sustainability. Our “hot topics” were chosen by means of a materiality matrix, i.e., a way of representing the issues which have an economic, reputational or environmental impact on our company, crossed with the level of interest those issues have for our stakeholders. An issue becomes a hot topic if it both has a high impact on our company and a high interest for stakeholders. The following table highlights the issues identified by Telecom Italia and its commitment in managing them (see the link to the section in which each issue is described)
