Telecom Italia Group wins the award for the best online CSR communication in Italy

Telecom Italia has recaptured the top spot in the Lundquist CSR Online Awards ranking, previously won in 2011, ahead of Hera Group and Snam. The corporate website and the various initiatives taken, including the avoicomunicare blog, the  Social Writing project (website in Italian) and the Respect App, aimed at ensuring the active and direct involvement of the public in social responsibility and environmental protection issues, were decisive in achieving this result.

The award also demonstrated the role played by the Group as an enabler of sustainable measures and its commitment to communicating this value, establishing a constant and interactive dialogue with its stakeholders. A holistic approach that makes the most of the synergy between the Group's technological expertise and the social commitment of the Telecom Italia Foundation.

The research was conducted by strategic consulting company Lundquist and analyses the online sustainability communication of the top 100 companies based on seven pillars: concreteness, comprehensiveness, overall integration, distinctiveness, promptness, user-friendly presentation of the information and use of social media.

In addition to the Italian ranking there are other national surveys (including Germany, Nordic countries and Switzerland) and a European ranking with the involvement of 350 CSR experts in 44 countries.
