The certification awards Italian companies which achieved excellence in Human Resource Management

Telecom Italia was awarded Top Employers certification, thus confirming its place among a prestigious group of top companies which prove to be a positive example within the Italian business context and can display the Top Employers quality brand.

The certification is awarded by the CRF institute, an international organization that has certified over 2,500 companies around the world over the past 20 years, and publishes an annual report in each of the 13 Countries where it operates. The CRF Institute avails itself of a pool of HR experts who - on the basis of data collected through a highly detailed questionnaire filled in by the participating companies - assess the Remuneration Policies, Working conditions and Benefits, Training and Development, Career opportunities andManagement of Corporate Culture, by adopting exclusive methods which are the result of many years of experience on an international scale.
