With 72 points out of 100, Telecom Italia has been ranked as the second best company in Europe and in Italy for the online communication of employer branding.
It is also the only TLC company and the only Italian company in the top ten in the European ranking (ENI follows in 19th place).

It is the result of the Lundquist Employer Branding Online Awards 2012 research, published on 5 November in CorrierEconomia.

The survey, conducted by the company Lundquist, assessed a broad range of contents and functionalities on the web and social media dedicated to job seekers and analysed their completeness, integration, user friendliness, attractiveness, concreteness and targeting through a protocol with 57 criteria that took into account the requirements of hundreds of professionals and potential candidates in 57 different countries.

The European survey analysed the one hundred most important companies included in the Ftse Eurotop 100 index, while the Italian edition examined the one hundred largest companies in terms of personnel and turnover, including listed, private, public and foreign companies based in Italy.
