The Telecom Italia Reputation Monitoring Room wins the Digital Communication Awards 2012

Our Reputation Monitoring Room has been awarded as the best European solution for Digital Monitoring and Evaluation in 2012, during the ceremony for the Digital Communication Awards held in Berlin on 14 September.     
Telecom Italia vied for the award with Deutsche Telekom and Coca Cola GmbH, respectively with the initiatives "Link Social Media Crisis Prevention and Management (SCPM) with Influencer Relations Management (IRM) and implement interdisciplinary evaluation processes" and "TRI*M Digital Reputation Manager".

The Telecom Italia RMR – operating since June 2011 - is an integrated monitoring facility for the real time monitoring and analysis of conversations on Telecom Italia taking place in blogs, forums, news websites, aggregators and Social Media, and for the evaluation of their impact on brand reputation.

Every year, the Digital Communication Awards are issued to the best European online communications initiatives. The 36 categories of the prize range from digital public affairs to initiatives and strategies on the Social Media and Web.

This year, about 100 companies from all over Europe took part in the finals; they included ENI, Audi, Volkswagen, Pirelli, Deutsche Bank, General Electric, Vodafone D2, Vodafone Turkey, Telekom Austria, Philips, Procter & Gamble, R.T.I. s.p.a., Mediaset Group.
