The first award was given to Telecom Italia for the 187 service dedicated to consumer clients and the second was given to Telecontact Center, a company owned by the Group.
Telecom Italia's website gained the first position in Italy and in Europe with 89 points out of the maximum of 100 among the 950 largest European companies analysed.
