NFC - What a smartphone can do with a car

Telecom Italia is proceeding in collaboration with Centro Ricerche Fiat  with experiments to apply NFC to vehicles. In the future you'll be able to open your car and start the engine using an NFC smartphone, that is to say using a  digital key as opposed to material keys.
